We hope you love your purchase from Tiny Toes Baby Boutique, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer 28 days return policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging, with any tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.
Gift cards, Sale, discontinued and personalised gifts are non-refundable. (Personalised items are only refundable if we made the mistake)

Please email us at ti******************@ou*****.com before returning to be able to seek the correct resolution. Once return is accepted by us, please state inside your parcel, your order number and item description, especially if there is more than 1 item.
All delivery charges are non-refundable in any circumstances – If you received free shipping for spending over a certain amount and your refund takes your total order amount under the spend threshold, we reserve the right to also deduct our standard shipping fee of £3.50 from any refunds.
Can I Exchange An Item?
Unfortunately, at present we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size for example, please return your order for a full refund and reorder the required size on our website.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If you have received items which are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for damaged/faulty items will only be accepted if the item is unworn/unwashed and still has tags attached. We will not accept claims for damage caused to items that have been washed or laundered.
Personalised Items
All personalised items are excluded from our returns policy. If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation on your item, please notify us and we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. You will not be charged for return postage, and we will send a replacement. Otherwise, a full refund is offered.
Rights to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods by notifying us in writing by email to ti******************@ou*****.com stating your name, order number and the reason for cancelling. You will be responsible for all postage costs.
